You can provide your order and design information directly by phone, email, or fax (to fax, you can 1st download the fax order forms, found near the top of most pages of our site). It is helpful to email design materials such as design concepts, logos, text, print ready artwork etc., that you may want to use, in advance of initiating an order, but it is not mandatory. This just helps us assist you with your order in the best possible manner. We can take limited dictation of basic door hanger design text, such as business name, slogan, contact phone numbers, list of services, specials/coupon, for your door hanger design over the phone, but you must place your order first.

It is often possible to prepare a design sooner, but rush fees may apply depending on our workload and how soon you need the 1st proof. A proof of your door knob hangers will be e-mailed to you for approval, or changes. Upon final approval, your door knob hangers will be printed and shipped.
